The truth is that her stripes on her hair is not real stripes this is curse that was putted on her for long time ago by someone who wanted to pay back to her
if she cut her hair the stripes doesnt removed they only get up on the head
The curse changed the look to do not let her die cause there are people who kills other people if they have a spell on their body

the real toyo's hair is blonde pure light blonde with blue eyes
her hair is not that long !! XD
